Carebusinessbootcamp was founded by former ex-employees of NHS, who have been successful in running Domiciliary Care/Care Homes and Supported Living Services. We are now anxious to share our experiences, expertise, and good practices with others, to assist them in powering up their Healthcare Business to success.

Our Founder
Dynamic consultancy career as Business Growth and Implementation Specialist within the Health and Social Care Sector, Mrs. Donna Jackson, founded the organisation approximately 5 years ago. She previously worked as a Senior Regional Manager within the Public Sector. Achieved and exceeded given targets from performance of less than 30 %. Involved in the implementation and management of several British government initiatives at national, regional, and local level. Continued the drive and determination for high performance as a Business Growth Specialist, within the private sector, possessing a 3 + years track record of in-depth understanding of business development of Domiciliary Care Agencies, including the successful registration of Care Quality Commission (CQC), to increase business activities, through empowerment, strategic operations, direction and creativity.

- As a CQC adviser, supported over 20 Limited Companies in setting up and obtaining CQC registration within the last 6 months-Potential of generating an income revenue, valued at £350,000 per annum, each, in the first year of trading.
- Achieved 98% success rate in the registration with Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Achieved above 98% of clients obtaining Good and above in their CQC inspection due to Carebusinessbootcamp Mock Inspection Procedures and Service Improvement Plans.
- Initiated the formation and implementation of “Trainee Strategic Advisors” to assist several SMEs in the development and strategic steer of their business.
